Interesting - wondering about the angle for experts, who seem like the one piece of the puzzle that's definitely getting the short end of the stick. Same $300 / hr, but now the transcript of your call is rendering your services increasingly useless over time. Makes sense for an expert to choose GLG given that, unless I'm missing something about how they get paid for transcript access after the fact.

Thinking about "Sell Design Build" – this is kinda hard lol. Does "Sell" stage include prototypes and mocks or purely conversational selling? I'm really curious on the tactical steps of this process. It would be legendary to get insight into how Tegus employs this process.

i am avid reader for your blog. Would need your help for some feedback to the tegus team. I wanted to try their free trial services but apparently it is relatively difficult to get a free trial service as their salesperson is highly unmotivated to close their sales. i couldnt even get a free trial after 2 months emailing back and forth with their salesperson. Highly appreciate if you could help with this.
