Wow what a great read. Thanks, Packy.

One question, if you're fully deployed, how are you going to do follow ons? Looks like you invested $7.8m already, and have some more deals to do in Q4. Are you reserving very little for follow ons?

Great question! Since I'm not leading, I'm not really reserving for follow-on, just investing in follow-ons out of future funds. I guided LPs that that would be the case ahead of time.

Will SEC rules let you start funds simultaneously? Like Fund 2A, 2B, 2C with 100 LPs each?

How does one get their name on the list for an investment in Fund II ??

Packy, what's best way to connect w/ you about potential investments? You & I are fellow investors in Flexbase (I invested last December). I'm an angel focused on BuiltTech (PropTech & ConstructTech). Backed another very interesting company earlier this year that's straddling Social Media & Construction (with a payroll/benefits angle). Co-founder & CTO/Head of Product was one of first engineering hires at Superhuman (there for past 4 years until co-founding the new co). They're raising a $1.5M PreSeed now: oversubscribed already, but I was intrigued when I read this & thought I'd touch base. My email is scott@HeadH2Os.com ("Headwaters" is my LLC) -- I mentioned you to the founders & they were intrigued. LMK

Amazing email per usual! Interested in Fund II when available in the future.

You are probably the first mentioning Clayton Christensen in this space. I'll be very interested to see how you use Jobs To Be Done to deep dive into portfolio companies.

Thanks for the great write-up. Like the mental framework of taking around 20% of meetings with founders. I often struggle with that.

Hi Packy, any way we can invest in your funds? Thanks

Heads up, http://securitypal.com/ is available for sale. Not sure if that's the wrong URL or SecurityPal is having some technical issues
