It's good to see the direction of the Executive Orders, but this "legislation by EO" thing we've been doing for the past 15-20 years is such a massive signal of a dysfunctional legislative branch. Congress abdicates legislating → Executive branch writes overreaching EO → forces Justice to deny. If only our legislative branch could do its job!
